U. S. Senator Jon Corzine helped celebrate the return of this once deteriorated problem property to the East Orange tax rolls.  Senator Corzine joined Congressman Donald Payne, East Orange Mayor Robert Bowser,  Tim Touhey, director of the Fannie Mae Partnership, and HANDS Board members in welcoming the happy new homeowners to East Orange.
