HANDS' redevelopment of retail and artist live-work spaces is ongoing.  Right now we are working on a number of projects, including the 1905 Firehouse, the Kelli J. Copeland Artist Lofts, and the Berg Hat Factory.  If you would like to be notified when rentals become available, please fill out the Artist Survey.
