Bridges Outreach- supports individuals in Essex and Union counties experiencing homelessness or at risk of being homeless by enrolling them in housing assistance programs.
Newark Emergency Services for Families - provides drop-in centers for homeless individuals where they can receive food, clothing, temporary housing, and access to emergency services.
Riviera Emergency Housing - a 130-bed emergency shelter for individuals.

Supportive Assistance for Individuals and Families - connects individuals who have been receiving TANF benefits for 48 months to resources such as career counseling, mental health services, etc.
